Aenokhe

Aenokhe was a spirit caller of The Spirit Wolves until his mysterious death.

AppearanceEdit

Aenokhe was a slim looking old tauren, of whose fur wore a grey tint, with horns wound upright. Mostly he was garbed in simple cloth, of golden embroidery and fingers woven with rings made of the bone of kodo, over his neck thrown a necklace with fangs of the wolves he had slain throughout his life.

Upon his face he wears a friendly smile that seems to have a threatening look to it, as if it was ready to plummet into a fit of rage within a minute.

HistoryEdit

Aenokhe was born into The Spirit Wolves a long time ago and after the tribe's destruction served as the patron of his brothers and sisters, children of the late chief Aqowan.

After their brethren was separated, Aenokhe pursued the druids of Moonglade and trained as a druid, following them from Azeroth, to Outlands and eventually ending up in Northrend, from where he was led back to Kalimdor, finding the fractured

He helped Jadien restore her faith in the future of the tribe and led them to pursue new evils in the world, to fight them and defeat them, like it had been from centuries ago. The tribe propsered in the time during which the Pale Rider's demise was brought about and Aenokhe put an end to Dreadholm. That had him promoted to a Guardian of Cenarius by the Cenarion Circle.

It was all well but then Aenokhe resigned from his post as an elder and many of the tribesmen decided to pursue new ideals, among the ranks of the Crimson Regiment or in the lonely wilderness. The faith in the Spiritwolf was shattered and slowly, the connection between the tribesmen as well.

The elder, meanwhile, looked for his sons; Otawan, whom the Grimhorn Gehrun had given birth to, and Caerake, son of Abequa, his wife that kept in hiding. Whilst Otawan was lost to Gehrun's whisperings against Aenokhe, Caerake remained with his father and mother. Aenokhe decided to make him chieftain after he proposed Jadien to depart from the position.

The young tauren was soon given the headdress, but with that, Aenokhe's importance slowly decreased and the elderly one started to go mad from whisperings he received from the apparent Spiritwolf. The tribe was rallied together to find the bow of Akwana the Huntress so they may kill the wandering Ghost Howl.

But while successful in the latter, the whispers were conjured by his very own mother who had driven him nigh mad, turning him on his own tribesmen. Declared a traitor and madman, Aenokhe was executed and cremated on the fourteent of March in the year of the Fall of the Lich King (2010).
